Senior Technical Business Analyst

Facilitated brainstorming sessions to expose true requirements, product expectations, and evaluated potential areas for business process improvement. Identified underlying technologies to address stakeholders needs. Documented software system requirements and product/project plans using MS Suite, Confluence, JIRA. Developed wireframes using Axure RP and MS PowerPoint. Created stakeholder analysis and user personas. Produced User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts and organized user testing as part of the quality assurance and control process.
